There are 13.6 million widows in America. 700,000 women in the US are widowed each year.
There are 258 million widows and 153 million orphans worldwide.
In most underdeveloped countries, widows are denied the basic rights of food, clothing, and shelter.
Our Mission
Triumphant ‘N Treasured exists to restore the financial independence, dignity, and acceptance of widows and orphans as integral parts of their community. We also exist to equip churches and pastors to provide support and community to widows.
Here's How We Do It
LOCAL SOLUTIONS:
- Train churches to launch effective widow ministry
- Collaborate with local organizations to provide resources and services to marginalized women
GLOBAL SOLUTIONS:
- Establish business initiatives (Project Purple) to restore the dignity, community, and financial independence of impoverished widows
- Provide vocational training to impoverished widows and orphans to equip them to start their own business or seek employment
